Booking Procedure
Note: Rental prices vary according to a number of factors including :-
- Low, Mid. or High Season.
- Late availability.
- How far in advance the Booking is being made.
However please note the following as a price guide:
- From £500 per week
- Easter £550 per week
- Half Terms £550 per week
- Christmas and New Year £750 per week

Any booking MUST be confirmed by printing-out and forwarding the completed Booking Form (see links at bottom of page) together with a non-refundable booking deposit of £150.00 for each week booked (or part thereof). The Booking Form and deposit must be received within 7 days of any provisional reservation. |
The full balance together with Security Bond MUST be received at least 10 weeks prior to departure. |
For bookings within 10 weeks of departure, the full amount payable together with Security Bond is payable at the time of booking. |

Receipts/acknowledgements will be issued at each stage for all monies received.
Directions, Maps and other General Information will be forwarded following payment of Balance.
NOTE:
The apartment operates a non smoking policy and smoking is only permitted outside or on the patio area of the apartment and not inside the apartment.
It is strongly recommended that adequate travel/holiday/medical insurance be arranged for all members of the Party at the time of booking in order to cover the eventuality of cancellation for reasons beyond their control.
